Chignecto North

Alma, New Brunswick

Chignecto North is located in Fundy National Park at Alma. The 206 square kilometre park is well known for its camping, hiking and lively interpretive programs. A nine hole golf course, tennis, lawnbowling as well as a heated saltwater pool is also available.

Chignecto North was day 10 of our 1998 Atlantic Canada Vacation and we camped on site 834 in the overflow area of the campground. It is recommeneded to make reservarions in order to get the better campsites.

The fishing village of Alma with its harbour offer a very picturesque view of the low and high tides in the Bay of Fundy.
