Christies Campground is located in Newport Maine approximately 374 miles(600 kms)from the Montreal area. It is open May through November.
Christies Campground located in central Maine is a convenient overnight stopover for travellers en route to or from the Canadian Maritime Provinces. We camped here Thurs July 15th-99 and Fri July 16th-99 on our trip home from Atlantic Canada.
Christies, is a gem of a campground tucked in admidst towering evergreens and hardwoods on the shores of beautiful Sebasticook Lake.
Although it is not a very large campground it is well laid out and one of the nicest we have camped in.
