Who we are

Hello fellow campers, we're Brian and Gloria from the Montreal area of Quebec, Canada.
We used to camp occasionally in the mid sixties thru the early seventies. As our family grew, our priorities changed and our camping came to a halt.
We began tenting again in 1987 up until we purchased our pop up trailer in Sept 1992.
We camp with our cat Peetie who will be 17 years old in May 99 and our dog Yankee who turns 6 this June.
We used to leave Peetie home alone having our family feed her if we were gone for more than 2 or 3 days. After years of camping we realized that Peetie was upset and would ignore us when we returned from our camping trips.
When we began bringing Peetie with us in 1995 she really enjoyed it although she is afraid of strangers.
Last November Peetie started losing her sight and now she can't see at all. We still plan on bringing her camping whenever we go.
Peetie suffered a stroke in late May 99 and the vet tried giving her steroids but to no avail. She came camping with us even though she couldn't stand on her hind legs without us helping her. On June 9th-99 we had to have her put to sleep as she no longer had any control of herself.
We really miss her but she is better off now.
Yankee, on the otherhand started camping with us since we got her in August 1993 at the age of 12 weeks.
On October 13th 1999 Gloria and her sister Dino went kitten shopping and came home with a 9 week old kitten who she named Molly. Molly,is a basically a white kitten with a tiger striped tail and ear. She looks like she is not finished being painted. She was born on August 11th 1999 and is a cute,sweet little pet. We plan on taking her camping with us.
